If you're a driven sales professional who's great with people but tired of cold calling and hunting for your next deal, this role is built for you. We provide fully pre-scheduled, qualified appointments across Miami-Dade County — your job is simply to show up, connect with the homeowner, and close.
A Day in This Role:
- Arrive at scheduled homeowner appointments — no prospecting required
- Perform in-home water evaluations and walk customers through the results
- Explain our water treatment solutions in a clear, honest, easy-to-understand way
- Listen to the homeowner's needs and recommend the best-fit system
- Build genuine trust and leave every home with a great customer experience
- Finalize paperwork and sales agreements accurately
- Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity in every home

What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual — fluent in English and Spanish
- Background in home improvement sales (solar, roofing, windows, kitchen & bath, remodeling, or similar) a strong plus
- Warm, confident communicator who builds rapport quickly
- Comfortable and professional in customers' homes
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to close
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout Miami-Dade County
