Bilingual Sales Rep

Position: Bilingual Sales Representative — Water Treatment Systems

  • Earn $125K–$250K+ Annually
  • Pre-Scheduled Appointments Provided
  • Hot Leads Only — No Cold Calling or Lead Generation Required

We're hiring motivated, bilingual sales professionals who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and helping homeowners improve their quality of life. This is a high-income, appointment-based role where you focus on closing sales — not chasing leads. All appointments are provided throughout Miami-Dade County.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments throughout Miami-Dade County
  • Conduct water evaluations and clearly explain findings to customers
  • Educate homeowners on available products and treatment solutions
  • Assess customer needs and recommend the right solution for their home
  • Build trust and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Complete sales agreements accurately and maintain proper records
  • Follow established company sales processes and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Experience in home improvement sales (remodeling, kitchen & bath, solar, windows, doors, roofing, or similar) preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable meeting with customers in their homes
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Miami-Dade territory
