Bilingual In-Home Sales Consultant (English/Spanish)

We are seeking a motivated and bilingual sales professional who enjoys meeting customers, providing solutions, and helping families improve their homes. This position offers pre-qualified appointments so you can focus on building relationships and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments
  • Conduct in-home consultations and evaluations
  • Explain products and services in English and Spanish
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Build trust and maintain a professional customer experience
  • Complete agreements and documentation accurately
  • Follow company sales processes and performance expectations

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working directly with homeowners
  • Reliable transportation
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
